You will develop and execute social media strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better results.
Requirements
RequirementsProven experience managing social media for a brand or business.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
